In addition to Lane’s Independent Assisted Living offerings, Lanes also offers traditional personal care home living in a dedicated wing of our facility: This may be of interest to seniors who may require a subsidy from the Provincial Department of Health. Options include Level I, Level II and advanced care support as outlined in the Provincial Government’s standards of care for seniors.

There are a number of accommodations options in our Personal Care Home wing, ranging from shared (semi-private) accommodations to private one and two person suites. All meals and snacks are included in your rental rate.

Seniors and their families, when searching for the best setting to enjoy continued comfort and quality of life, often have many needs to balance….the inclusion of their families, access to a social network of friends, participation in activities that provide enjoyment and stimulation…and of course, cost.

To maximize accessibility to seniors with a range of financial capacities, Lane’s Personal Care Home wing meets the subsidy guidelines of the Provincial Department of Health. If you qualify for a government subsidy for residence in a certified personal care facility, we may be able to accommodate your needs in our Personal Care Home wing.
